Production Associate



Pay Rate: $15 an hour. We are currently hiring for 3rd shift Production Associates for temp to hire manufacturing positions in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate will have 6+ months experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Production Associate Compensation and Hours:

• $15.00 an hour
• Sunday – Thursday
• 10:40 p.m. - 7:10 a.m.

Production Associate Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ months experience of manufacturing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Team player with organizational skills
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts

Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up machinery for operation
• Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance
• Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance
• Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor
• Comply with all safety and health regulations
• Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area
