Accounting Representative



We are hiring for an Accounting Representative for our client in Hendersonville, TN that distributes gifts, books and music.

Accounting Representative Compensation and Hours:

• $15 - $16 an hour -Depending on experience
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Accounting Representative Skills and Qualifications: 

• Ability to operate a multi-line switchboard
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Prior Administrative experience required
• Prior experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Accounting Representative Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Entering invoices into the accounting software
• Posting Payments
• Reconciling vendor statements
• Keep work area clean and neat
• Operate a multi-line switchboard
