Warehouse Manager



Pay Rate: $65,000 a year. We are currently seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Manager for a manufacturer located in Murfreesboro, TN. Top candidates will have 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution or supply chain management.

Warehouse Manager Compensation, Hours and Benefits:

• Up to $65,000 annually (depending on experience)
• Bonus Eligible
• 1st shift

Warehouse Manager Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Logistics management.  
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Ability to lead a 20+ employees, including Material Handlers and Pick/Pack personnel and Supervisors
• Firm understanding of WMS software systems
• Experience in an online retail warehousing environment a plus
• Manage and execute pre-shift changeovers
• High School Diploma Required

Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a group of material handlers and warehouse employees, supervising their day to day tasks and operations
• Demonstrate exemplary leadership and problem solving abilities
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, while driving production and efficiency standards
• Sustain proper inventory levels of consumer goods
• Supervise receiving, picking, packing, QC and receiving of products/inventory
• Initiating standards for employees across the warehouse
• Work unilaterally with multiple departments, to ensure shipping and receiving goals are met or exceeded
