Job Description

We, in partnership with Landmark Ceramics is currently seeking a Client Services Representative. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to go permanent. Landmark Ceramics is a state-of-the-art tile manufacturing facility. Customer Care Representative Compensation and Hours:

  • $14.50 an hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


Customer Care Representative Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in related field or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of customer service or production coordination required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Prior manufacturing and distribution experience a plus


Customer Care Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes customer orders using electronic ordering system
  • Work closely with sales department regarding customer setup and general requirements
  • Work closely with manufacturing and warehouse to ensure on time customer deliveries
  • First point of contact for customers regarding any issues (delivery, quality, billing, etc.)
  • Support sales department with administrative tasks
  • Tracks and accurately report applicable metrics of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
