General Laborer / Machine Operator - 1st and 2nd shift



We are currently hiring for a great company in Middle TN with positions ranging from general labor to machine operators. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based on attendance and performance. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, can work overtime, and is open to working in LaVergne and/or Lebanon.

Compensation and Hours of the General Labor / Machine Operator:

• $15.00 - $16.50 an hour (depending on experience)
• 1st and 2nd shift positions available
• Must be able to work 10 hour shifts and additional days, as needed.  

Requirements of the General Labor / Machine Operator:

• Ability to learn and follow work instructions
• Great attitude and attendance is crucial
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities of the General Labor / Machine Operators

• Operate variety of machines associated with pharmaceutical packaging

• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Assembly of products and packaging for distribution
• Meet productivity goals and comply with quality standards
• Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
