Customer Service Administrative Hiring Event

  • 2 International Plaza, Suite 800, Nashville, TN  37217 (we are located in the gold mirrored building on Briley Parkway near I-40 in the airport area)

 Wood Personnel Services will be taking applications and conducting interviews on the spot. You can get started early on the application today:

All applicants arriving before 12:00 p.m. will receive a $5.00 Kroger gift card.

We will be providing chips and drinks at the event.

Compensation for the Customer Service Admin:

  • $13.00 - $15.00 an hour (depending on experience)

Requirements of the Customer Service Admin:

  • Minimum 1-2 years high volume call center preferred
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Web Based applications.
  • Listening skills/problem solving skills
  • Attentive to detail and consistency in delivery
  • Must be flexible, enthusiastic, and possess good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Admin:

  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
