Job Description

Pay Rate: $13 - $16.50 an hour. We are hiring for multiple Manufacturing / Production Worker positions in Franklin and Mt. Pleasant, TN areas. We have a wide variety of Temp-to-Hire positions with several different shifts.

Manufacturing / Production Worker Compensation and Hours:

  • $13.00 - $16.50 an hour (depending upon position, location, and shift)
  • Variety of shifts available (depending upon position and location)


Franklin Area:

Assembly Associate

  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • 3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.


Mount Pleasant Area:

Machine Operator

  • 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • 9:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.

    2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

  • 8:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.


Manufacturing / Production Worker Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Capable of heavy lifting
  • Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
  • Reliable mode of transportation
  • Background check and drug screen required


Manufacturing / Production Worker Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Feed raw materials into production machinery
  • Assemble goods on production lines
  • Monitor the production process
  • Carry out basic quality and testing checks
  • Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
  • Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
  • Pack goods to be shipped
  • Maintain work areas and equipment



Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of verifiable warehouse/machine operator experience
  • Must be able to verify the last seven years of employment
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
