Warehouse Worker Hiring Event (Columbia, TN)



Pay Rate: $13 - $18 an hour. We are hiring for multiple Manufacturing / Production Worker positions in Franklin and Mt. Pleasant, TN areas. We have a variety of Temp-to-Hire positions with several different shifts.

• $13.00 - $18.00 an hour

Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Capable of heavy lifting
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Background check and drug screen required

Warehouse Worker Duties and Responsibilities:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Assemble goods on production lines
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Maintain work areas and equipment
